Growing up, Chef Jason's Italian grandmother, Evelyn Viglione, made lasagna for Christmas dinner. Despite it being an unconventional choice, his family continued this tradition throughout his life. Today, even through his grandmother is no longer with us, we celebrate Christmas with his mom - Evelyn's daughter - sister and our families. We still enjoy lasagna on Christmas Day. We have fond memories of Christmas dinner, and we'd like to share his grandmother's homemade lasagna with you, perhaps starting a new tradition for you as well!
